College Student!

So I am officially registered for COLLEGE classes next semester! I am currently in high school, but I am graduating this december (as some of you may already know..) Anyways, I started this morning with a nice, warm bowl of oats :)

1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, spoonful of PB (mixed in, of course) and granola!!! I love the combo of crunchy/creamy!

I had a super long day today.. I had to go to this stupid "Freshman Orientation" which took ALL DAY. At least I got to choose my classes and get a free lunch.  I hate cafeteria food... it gives me the creeps. You don't know how long that stuff has been sitting out there, and if its expired or not! But anyways, I had a grilled cheese and smartfood popcorn! I came home, exhausted.. and had a little snack

That definitely didn't satisfy my hunger.. I had yogurt and crackers afterwards :)

I never post my dinners because I usually have a frozen dinner *gasp* I know...
The thing is, is that I don't have enough creativity to make my own meals! I usually have a Healthy Choice, Kashi, or Lean Cusine with an apple and milk... but I want some ideas!!!
What do you ladies make for a simple, easy, healthy dinner?! I eat pasta that I make, but thats about it :(
I would love ideas :D

yay for college!! congrats!! thats so awesome.

for easy, healthy dinner i usually throw a salad together, make an omelet w. other sides, or wrap!

Congratulations on the college info - that's so exciting and I can't wait to hear more!

For dinner ideas - there are SO many great recipes that bloggers have - just look em' up on their pages! I'd try katheats.com first!
